  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Non-dairy milk
  • 1.5 cups Apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
