  • 4 ounces vegan bacon, chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

  • 12 ounces pasta of your choice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped red onion and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic, red chili flakes, and smoked paprika, and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
