  • 8 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 14-ounce can canned diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup alphabet pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and cook for 5 minutes, or until translucent, stirring occasionally.
