Ingredients

  • 3 large Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek leaves (dried)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 Vegan Burger Buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Vegan green chutney
  • 0.25 cup Vegan mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Boil the potatoes with skin on until fully cooked. Peel them once cooled slightly.

Step 2

Mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Blanch the frozen peas in boiling water for 3 minutes and then drain well.

Step 4

Add the peas to the mashed potatoes along with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and fenugreek leaves.

Mix everything well to form a smooth mixture. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Add breadcrumbs to the mixture and knead until everything is incorporated.
