Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into small florets.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger. Slit the green chilies lengthwise.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they turn golden brown.
