Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it with a vegan cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
