  • 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed
  • 0.5 cups Hot water
  • 2 tablespoons Tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the ground flaxseed with the hot water. Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
