  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Vegan pepperoni slices
  • 1 medium, sliced Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium, sliced Green bell pepper
  • 0.5 medium, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 0.25 cup, sliced Black olives
  • 0.5 cup, sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup, fresh Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.

Step 2

On a floured surface, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Aim for an even thickness throughout.

Step 3

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper if not using a pizza stone, or place directly on the stone.

Brush the surface of the dough with one tablespoon of olive oil.

Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about 1/2-inch border around the edges.
