  • 100 grams Vegan feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams Silken tofu
  • 30 grams Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 20 grams Vegan butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 15 grams Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
