  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 0.5 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup black olives, sliced
  • 0.25 cup jalapeños, sliced (optional)
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the canned refried black beans with taco seasoning. Stir until well mixed to create the first layer.
