Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Whole wheat flatbreads
  • 150 grams Vegan chicken strips

  • 25 grams Vegan parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 medium, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 0.5 medium, thinly sliced Red bell pepper
  • 50 grams Baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
