  • 4 pieces Veal or chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Thinly sliced ham
  • 200 grams Sausage (mild or spicy, based on preference)

  • 150 grams Fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 None Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for rolling pastry)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Season the veal or chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the spinach and minced garlic, cooking until the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Spread the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into two equal squares, resulting in four squares total.
