  • 1 whole Vanilla bean
  • 100 grams Powdered sugar (for coating)
  • 10 grams Vanilla sugar (for coating)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Using a sharp knife, split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, ground almonds, and the seeds of the vanilla bean.
