Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the lactose-free margarine and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
