  • 1 bean Vanilla bean

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine the whole milk and heavy cream.

Using a sharp knife, slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Add both the seeds and the pod to the saucepan.
