  • 250 grams Marzipan
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil (optional, for chocolate glazing)

Directions

Step 1

Place the digestive biscuits in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, butter, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture forms a thick and moldable dough.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into small logs, approximately 2 inches (5 cm) long and 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
