Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ground Italian sausage
  • 2 oz Sliced pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup Green bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 3 units Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and set aside.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced green bell pepper and onion to the skillet with the sausage and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Remove the skillet from heat.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
