Directions

Step 1

Wash the red potatoes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized cubes.

Place the potato cubes into a medium-sized pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender.
