  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Diced onion
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or olive oil.

Step 2

In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Sauté the diced onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
