  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 optional, for serving Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned salmon, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of the liquid, and place the salmon in a large mixing bowl. Gently flake the salmon with a fork.

Add the finely diced onion, chopped parsley, and chopped dill to the bowl. Mix to combine.

In a separate small bowl, whisk the eggs until fully beaten, then add them to the salmon mixture.
