  • 5 g Optional: Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Warm the milk to about 40°C (105°F) — it should be lukewarm but not hot to the touch. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of the sugar in the milk and sprinkle the yeast over it. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
