Directions

Step 1

Peel and chop the russet potatoes and sweet potatoes into evenly-sized chunks (roughly 1-inch pieces) to ensure even cooking.

Step 2

Fill a large pot with water, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and place the potatoes in the pot. Optionally, add 1 peeled garlic clove for extra flavor.
