  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half the salt, and half the black pepper.
