Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and dry the russet potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.

Rub the potatoes with olive oil and place them directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife.
