  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
  • 0.75 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans, then line the bottoms with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
