  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon optional: red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until softened.
