  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for another 1 minute until fragrant.
