  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 120 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 pieces pita breads
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
