Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Turkey tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 0.33 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Pat dry the turkey tenderloins with paper towels. Rub them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the turkey tenderloins for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 4

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and continue to cook the turkey for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Step 5

While the turkey is cooking, make the spiced cranberry sauce. In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Step 6

Reduce the heat to low and simmer the cranberry mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 7

In a small bowl, mix the water and cornstarch until smooth, then stir into the cranberry sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens further. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 8

Serve the turkey tenderloins sliced, topped with the spiced cranberry sauce. Pair with your favorite side dishes for a complete meal.
