Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cook the manicotti shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
