  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a large circle or rectangle, approximately 1/4-inch thick.
