  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil, for greasing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped red bell pepper, and rolled oats.
