  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for cream sauce)
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for cream sauce)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (for cream sauce)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, minced onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the mixture into small oval patties, about 2 inches long.

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls. Place flour in the first bowl, beat the eggs in the second bowl, and fill the third bowl with breadcrumbs.
