Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 1 cup (chopped) Fresh spinach

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 0.33 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 0 Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, crumbled feta cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Set aside on a plate.
