Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Zucchini, shredded

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the rolled oats and milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, shredded zucchini, diced onion, minced garlic, softened oats, egg, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly with your hands or a large spoon until well combined.
