Directions

Step 1

Rinse the leeks thoroughly to remove any grit or dirt between the layers. Slice them into thin rounds, discarding the dark green tops and keeping the white and light green sections.

Cut the turkey breast into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
