Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized beets

  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and scrub the beets thoroughly. Wrap each beet individually in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

Roast the beets in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until they are tender enough to pierce with a knife. Let them cool slightly before handling.
