Ingredients

  • 2 6-ounce cans canned tuna
  • 8 pieces corn tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 small jalapeño
  • 1 large lime
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and transfer it to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Finely dice the red onion and jalapeño. Add them to the bowl with the tuna.

Add mayonnaise, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and freshly squeezed lime juice to the tuna mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
