  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 liters water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water (2 liters) to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.

Cook the penne pasta in boiling water according to the package instructions (typically 9-11 minutes) until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
