  • 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
  • 1 piece Red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 piece Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 small piece Shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 pieces (for garnish) Lime wedges
  • 2 tablespoons (for garnish) Spring onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

Pat dry the tuna and swordfish steaks with paper towels.
