Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna (packed in olive oil, drained)

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (diced)

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the drained canned tuna and use a fork to gently break it into chunks.

Add the orange segments, diced red bell pepper, halved black olives, chopped parsley, and thinly sliced red onion to the same bowl.
