Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz cans canned tuna in water
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and transfer it to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped celery, diced red onion, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the tuna.
