Ingredients

  • 2 5-oz cans Canned tuna (drained)
  • 0.75 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion (chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 0.33 cup Mayonnaise (for lemon-dill aioli)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (for lemon-dill aioli)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 0.33 cup Mayonnaise (for sriracha mayo)
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (for sriracha mayo)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (for honey mustard sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (for honey mustard sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (plain) for honey mustard sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together.

Step 2

Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. Set them aside.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the patties in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Step 4

For the lemon-dill aioli, whisk together 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon fresh dill in a small bowl until smooth.

Step 5

For the sriracha mayo, whisk together 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, and 1 teaspoon honey in a small bowl until well combined.

Step 6

For the honey mustard sauce, mix 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt in a bowl until smooth.

Step 7

Serve the tuna patties warm with the three dipping sauces on the side.
