  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the tuna steaks, fish fillets, or chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the protein and sear for 2-3 minutes per side (4-5 minutes for chicken) until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside, covered, to keep warm.
