Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices sliced tomato
  • 4 rings sliced red onion (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, green onion, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
