  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions, usually 7-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
