  • 3 oz Canned tuna (drained)
  • 2 tbsp Marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 0.25 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.

In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix well until evenly combined.

Lay one slice of ciabatta bread on a clean surface. Spread the tuna mixture evenly across the slice.

Step 6

Place the second slice of ciabatta bread on top to form a sandwich.

Step 7

Brush the outside of both slices of bread lightly with olive oil.

Place the sandwich in the preheated panini press or skillet. If using a skillet, press down with a heavy object, like a grill press or another pan.
