  • 2 whole (ripe) Mango
  • 3 whole Kiwi
  • 2 whole (medium) Banana
  • 1 whole (small) Papaya
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 6 leaves (chopped for garnish) Fresh mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the fruits. Using a sharp knife, peel and core the pineapple. Chop it into bite-sized chunks and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel the mangoes and slice the flesh off the pit. Cut the mango flesh into cubes and add them to the bowl with the pineapple.

Step 3

Peel the kiwis and slice them into thin rounds. Cut each round into halves or quarters as desired. Add these to the bowl.

Peel the bananas, slice them into rounds, and add to the fruit mixture.
