  • 2 cups Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons (to garnish) Shredded coconut (optional)
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking the wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent them from burning while grilling.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and fresh lime juice to create a glaze for the fruit.
