  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for frosting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans, or line them with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
